Gaza-Palestine – Water Trucks – Desalination plant

By the Grace of Almighty God and your generous we have been able to expand the scope of the service we can provide in Gaza. Initially the plan was to purchase water trucks, however due to various issues this was not viable as the safety and costs became difficult to manage.

However by the Grace of Almighty Allah a better solution became available serving far more people, a DESALINATION PLANT. at a cost of US$207,000 Imam Hasan Foundation has been able to fully fund the project which will serve 1,000 families daily producing 50,000 litres of water. The project is being managed by our trusted partner WF-AID UK.

We are also assessing the water truck to deliver to remote areas and once it is considered safe and effective InshaAllah we will proceed with the water truck.

You efforts are directly assisting 1,000 families daily, May Allah accept all your efforts and bless you all.

Desalination Project Proposal- Gaza Emergency – WF-AID X Imam Hasan Foundation

The fundraiser in Canberra is dedicated to replacing the water trucks that were destroyed. The trucks were delivered by our partners WF-AID about 4 years ago. These trucks are much needed to deliver water to areas around Gaza. Although it will be  a challenge to deliver the trucks we are moderately confident it will get done. If we are unable to deliver the trucks the funds will be used for A Desalination water plant.

Over the years we have taken on some challenging tasks and with your prayers Almighty Allah has made the them possible to deliver.

If for reasons beyond our control the funds are not able to reach the right places, the funds will be used for similar relief projects in a similar way.
